$160 Million
WHO HE IS
Born Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji on June 19, 1993, in London, England, and raised in Watford, Hertfordshire, by Nigerian parents who pushed academics hard enough that they initially responded with genuine anger when their son dropped out of sixth form college to make videos about FIFA. That gamble has produced one of the most diversified creator careers in UK history. KSI – the initials stand for Knowledge, Strength, Integrity, chosen for his early gaming channel name – started posting FIFA commentary videos in 2009, co-founded the Sidemen (a collective of seven British YouTubers) in 2013, and gradually evolved from gaming creator to musician, boxer, and consumer brands entrepreneur. His first fight against Logan Paul in 2018 set pay-per-view records for influencer boxing. He won their 2019 professional rematch by split decision, earning approximately $32 million from the event. He released his album All Over the Place in 2021, which debuted at number one on the UK charts and eventually earned a BRIT Billion certification for one billion streams. He co-founded Prime Hydration with Logan Paul in January 2022. He co-founded Misfits Boxing in 2022, a professional boxing promotion company, and served as its CEO. He announced his retirement from boxing in January 2026. He has been in a private relationship with an undisclosed partner since approximately 2017. In November 2025, he participated in Match for Hope, a charity football match that raised $10.7 million.
1. YOUTUBE AND SIDEMEN EARNINGS
KSI operates multiple channels: his main KSI channel (25M+ subscribers), JJ Olatunji (his second channel), and KSIClips, plus four Sidemen collective channels. UK YouTube RPM for gaming and entertainment content runs approximately $3 to $6 per thousand views – lower than comparable US channels due to advertiser market differences, though his international audience improves this somewhat.
KSI personal channels career AdSense estimate: approximately $15M over his career, reflecting lower UK RPM and the competitive landscape of the early years when rates were minimal.
Sidemen collective channels: his share of Sidemen ad revenue, merchandise, and brand deals as one of seven members, net of collective costs, across 13 years: approximately $8M personal share.
Direct brand deals (separate from Sidemen): KSI has worked with brands including JD Sports, G Fuel, and others. Estimated lifetime: approximately $10M.
Total YouTube and content income: approximately $33M
2. BOXING CAREER
KSI’s boxing record and earnings:
- First Logan Paul fight (2018, amateur, Manchester Arena): each fighter earned $500K upfront plus PPV shares. KSI’s total: approximately $1.5M
- Logan Paul rematch (2019, professional, Staples Center): the defining financial event of his boxing career. Total revenue from the event generated approximately $32M for KSI after PPV splits and production.
- Joe Fournier (2021): approximately $3M
- FaZe Temperrr (2022): approximately $3M
- Swarmz and Luis Alcarez Pineda (2022, same night): combined approximately $2M
- Slim Albaher (2023): approximately $3M
- Tommy Fury (2023, AO Arena Manchester): fight purse reportedly worth $10M, split undisclosed; KSI’s share estimated at $5M
- IShowSpeed sparring event (2023, Anthony Walker Foundation charity): $50K+ to charity
- Joe Fournier rematch (2023): approximately $2M
- Johnny Fisher, Slim Albaher (2024): combined approximately $4M
- FaZe Banks (January 2026, retirement fight): approximately $2M Misfits Boxing promotion income (as CEO and co-founder, separate from personal fight purses): approximately $5M in company distributions over the promotion’s four-year run
Total boxing income: approximately $63M
3. MUSIC
KSI is the most commercially successful musician to emerge from the YouTube creator space. His discography includes Dissimulation (2020), All Over the Place (2021, #1 UK debut), and multiple charting singles including “Down Like That,” “Don’t Play,” “Holiday,” and “Thick of It.” He received BRIT Billion certification in 2024 for achieving one billion streams.
Music income from streaming, physical sales, touring, and publishing: approximately $10M over his music career.
4. PRIME HYDRATION – THE KEY ASSET
KSI’s 20 percent stake in Prime Hydration is the same position as Logan Paul’s, with one critical difference: his tax jurisdiction. KSI is UK-based. UK capital gains tax for higher-rate taxpayers is currently 24 percent on non-property assets (revised from 20 percent in a 2024 Budget change). This is meaningfully better than the US federal CGT rate of 23.8 percent that a California-based creator would face, and far better than California’s combined 33 percent rate – but worse than Logan Paul’s Act 60 rate of approximately 4 percent.
At Prime’s current valuation (we use $1.5B as a conservative midpoint given the revenue decline, toward the lower end of the $1–3B range):
KSI’s 20 percent stake: $300M gross paper value.
A note on UK capital gains tax at exit: UK CGT for higher-rate taxpayers on non-property assets is currently 24 percent. On a $300M exit, this represents approximately $72M in tax liability – meaningfully lower than the California combined rate of 33 percent, but significantly higher than Logan Paul’s Puerto Rico Act 60 rate of approximately 4 percent. This liability does not reduce the current net worth figure but is worth understanding for the eventual exit event.
Prime equity (20% of $1.5B current conservative valuation): approximately $300M
5. OTHER BUSINESS VENTURES
XIX Vodka: KSI co-owns this UK vodka brand. Revenue and ownership stake not publicly disclosed. We estimate modest equity value: approximately $3M. Sides restaurants: UK burger/chicken restaurant chain. Early stage, modest value: approximately $2M. Best Breakfasts cereal: newer venture, early stage: approximately $1M. Lunchly: co-venture with MrBeast and Logan Paul, launched 2024, faced negative press over mold reports. Value uncertain. Notwoways: streetwear brand investment. Modest.
Total other business venture value: approximately $6M
6. REPRESENTATION
UK management and booking structures plus US partnership infrastructure for boxing and Prime. We model 15 percent blended.
Representation at approximately 15 percent: approximately minus $16M
7. TAX
KSI has been UK-resident for his entire career. The combined UK effective rate on ordinary income for high earners (45 percent top rate, 2 percent National Insurance employee rate, but most of his income is self-employment/business income structured through companies): approximately 47 percent effective on his personal income over the career.
Tax on ordinary income at approximately 47 percent: approximately minus $47M (on approximately $100M after representation)
REAL ESTATE
KSI reportedly owns more than 10 properties in England worth more than £10 million ($12M+). A luxury mansion in London is documented as a primary residence valued at approximately £4-5M. Additional properties across Hertfordshire and London.
Estimated net real estate appreciation across his UK portfolio: approximately plus $8M
8. LIFESTYLE AND EXPENSES
Consumed spending only. KSI lives in London and is not documented as an extreme consumer relative to his income. A £6M crypto loss in 2021 is a documented one-time financial event; this was an investment loss (capital) rather than lifestyle burn, and it is reflected in our assets section.
- Early (2009–2015, 7 years): Watford, UK young adult building phase; approximately $150K per year; $1.05M
- Building (2016–2019, 4 years): Sidemen growth, first major properties (running costs), boxing preparation; approximately $700K per year; $2.8M
- Peak (2020–2026, 6 years): post-Prime launch, London property running costs, full security, travel; approximately $1.5M per year; $9M
Total lifestyle burn: approximately $13M
Crypto loss 2021 (investment capital loss, not lifestyle): approximately minus $6M from assets
RICHPEEK ESTIMATE: $160 Million
| Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|
| YouTube, Sidemen, and content income | ~$33M |
| Boxing career earnings | ~$63M |
| Music income | ~$10M |
| Total gross ordinary income | ~$106M |
| Minus representation (~15% blended) | -$16M |
| Minus tax (~47% UK on ordinary income) | -$42M |
| Minus lifestyle burn (consumed only) | -$13M |
| Available to accumulate from ordinary income | ~$35M |
| Minus crypto losses (capital loss 2021) | -$6M |
| Plus real estate appreciation | +$8M |
| Plus other business ventures (XIX Vodka, Sides, Best Breakfasts) | +$6M |
| Plus Prime Hydration equity (20% stake, same valuation as Logan Paul’s identical position) | +$120M |
| Total Net Worth | ~$163M → $160M |
We land at $160 million, well above Celebrity Net Worth’s $100 million. The Prime equity line uses the same $120 million figure applied to Logan Paul’s identical 20 percent stake – both positions are equal in size and in the same company, so they carry the same value. CNW’s $100 million figure appears to apply a much more aggressive discount to KSI’s Prime stake than to Logan’s, which is not defensible when the ownership percentage is identical. The meaningful structural difference between them is tax: Logan’s Puerto Rico Act 60 residency means his Prime exit will be taxed at approximately 4 percent on capital gains, while KSI’s UK residency means a 24 percent CGT liability of approximately $29 million at exit on the current modeled value. That tax difference does not reduce the current net worth figure but will meaningfully separate their outcomes when Prime eventually liquidates.
